9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Flow through dynamic poses that enhance flexibility, balance, and strength, with modifications for all levels. Each session helps reduce stress and improve overall mobility.
Saturdays
3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Energizing workouts designed to burn calories, boost metabolism, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Each session alternates between periods of activity and recovery to maximize results.
Fridays
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Build strength and tone all major muscle groups with guided resistance training. These classes improve muscular endurance, increase lean muscle, and enhance overall functional fitness.
