With two ballrooms, an abundance of meeting rooms, and an outdoor Grand Lawn overlooking the Southwest Marina, the property offers an ideal city setting for meetings, conferences and business events with an easily accessible, centralized location.

Grand Ballroom

With an adjoining marble foyer and adjacent function room, the Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 564 guests for a banquet and up to 1,688 for a cocktail reception.

Garden 1 & 2

Located on the lobby level, our Garden rooms are ideal for smaller meetings, break out event spaces or temporary conference offices. Garden Room 1 is one of our charming rooms, offering excellent natural light and 725 square feet of indoor function space.

Grand Lawn

This 4,000 square foot outdoor space overlooks the Southwest Marina, Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial and offers a memorable setting from which to watch the sunset. The Grand Lawn is an outdoor venue like no other in the district.

Meeting Packages

Staff & Services

We assign every client an event manager who will oversee all details from start to finish, and on the day of your event, you may enjoy the services of an event concierge ready to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also offer the following services:

  • A conference-level loading bay allowing major equipment and staging to be easily wheeled directly into our ballroom
  • Access to a ‘green room’ equipped with a well-stocked refrigerator, stationery and private restrooms that you can use during your event
  • Pads, pencils, water and mints are standard for meeting room set-ups
