Build strength and tone through a guided total-body workout designed to enhance endurance, increase lean muscle, and improve overall functional fitness. Held in our state-of-the-art Fitness Center on the Spa “S” level, this class offers a balanced approach to strength training for all levels.
Reservations are required. $35 per guest.
